In this class, you’ll learn how to make simple, quick, and tasty recipes—perfect for days when you want something nourishing without spending hours preparing it. Wendy will also share practical tips for adjusting meals to suit vegetarian diets, fussy eaters, and special dietary needs. You’ll discover clever ways to use up what’s in your fridge so nothing goes to waste, while still creating delicious, satisfying food. Everything is designed to be easy to follow, and you can join in at your own pace—whether you want to simply watch and pick up ideas or roll up your sleeves and have a go. The session finishes with a chance to sample the food together and enjoy the results.

Learn to prepare nutrient-dense, healthy, and delicious meals, with guidance from our team. Each session includes a small tasting of what you’ve cooked. Group size is limited to 12 participants to keep the session interactive and enjoyable.
