Sell out before you buy an ad.
Email the buyers you already have and see the tickets each campaign sold. Ads are for the seats they don't fill.
The list builds itself while you sell tickets.
Every buyer, online or at the door, lands in your contacts with their spend, the events they came to and whether they agreed to hear from you. Bring a list you already have in from a CSV, 50,000 rows at a time. Then cut it into segments on what people bought, and those segments recount themselves as people buy again.
You write it. We work out who gets it.
News about a night someone already paid for has to reach all of them, and an offer can only go where it is welcome. Loopyah sorts every email into the right one and sends it to the right people. Opt-outs and dead addresses come off the list on their own. You get to think about the email instead of the rules.
Every ticket holder gets it. Nobody misses the news because they never ticked a box.
Opt-outs and dead addresses are taken out for you, so the list stays clean on its own.
Write it once, and it reads right.
Drag in images, text, buttons and your social links. Greet each contact by name, with a fallback for anyone you only have an address for. Emails go out as tables with inline styles at a safe 600px, so the version that reaches a phone is the one you designed. Send yourself a test before anyone else sees it.

Build it once. It sells while you sleep.
Four choices make an automation: what starts it, how long it waits, what it does and what ends it. Rescue an abandoned checkout, walk a first-timer through their night, ask last year's crowd back. Same four slots, any combination you can think of, and then it runs on every buyer without you opening a thing.
Judge it on tickets, not opens.
An open rate never paid for a venue. Every campaign report carries the tickets and the revenue that came from the people who clicked, beside what the send cost you. A marketing tool bolted onto your ticketing can only guess at that number. We take the payment, so we can just tell you.

Not an estimate from an integration. The checkout is ours, so the tickets behind every click are countable.
Pay for emails, never for contacts.
Charging by list size means every buyer you win costs you money before they buy again, and the way out is to delete the people you worked hardest to get. Loopyah charges for what you send. Keep everyone.
Harbour Sessions hold 4,812 contacts and pay what an organizer with 50,000 pays. Nobody has to delete a buyer to keep the bill down.

Every email counts once per recipient, whether it came from a campaign, an automation or an event update. Test emails don't count, and neither do the tickets and receipts Loopyah sends on your behalf.
In Australia, paid plans are A$15, A$39, A$75 and A$199 a month including GST. Over 100,000 emails a month, talk to us. Test emails don't count.
Everything around the send.
Bring your list and your team, check the email on yourself first, and keep a send under control once it has started.
Watch it go out, and stop it if you need to
See what has left and what is still queued. Stopping keeps every email already sent and hands the rest of your allowance back.

Add three DNS records and your emails arrive from your name, not ours. Until then you borrow ours.
Stay out of the spam folder
Dead addresses and opt-outs come off by themselves, and a risky email is held before it costs you.
Import the list you already have
Up to 50,000 rows at a time, with column mapping and a file of every row that failed and why.
Greet people by name
First name, last name or anything else you hold, each with a fallback so nothing lands half empty.
Send yourself a test
Rendered exactly as a recipient gets it, with the merge tags filled in from a sample contact.
Schedule it for later
Pick a time and a time zone. Move it or cancel it for as long as it is still waiting to go.
Unsubscribes handled for you
A one-click header and a link on every promotion. Opting out of yours never touches anyone else's.
Team access
Let a teammate build and send campaigns without handing over your login.
Questions about email.
The first 500 emails each month are free on every organizer account. After that, plans run from US$9 for 2,500 emails to US$129 for 100,000, with unlimited contacts on all of them. There are no overage charges and no plan upgrades itself, so a big send is held until you choose to buy the capacity.
