Performing arts
Fill the house every season.
A seated house needs zones, holds and releases, not a charge on every seat. Loopyah runs all of it and keeps every patron for next season.
A theatre company's margin leaks in three places. A house sold at one price. Patrons who never hear about next season. Seat selection charges and a bar run on cash.
Loopyah closes all three.
One run, night by night.
- 01 · The house
Draw the house once and price it by zone.
Stalls and circle each carry a price and every performance picks the same chart. A held row can't be picked, and once a release sells out the rest go on at the next price.
- 02 · Patrons who return
Sell next season to last season's patrons.
One record per patron across seasons, with their spend and email permission. The presale email to 1,240 of them sells 306 seats before the public sale. Saturday night sells out.
- 03 · The bar
No extra fee for seats, and the bar on your phone.
Loopyah's fee on a reserved seat is the same as on any other ticket, nothing extra for picking a seat. At interval, Tap to Pay on your phone takes cards at the bar, no reader to hire.
- 04 · Closing night
What stayed with the company.
$3.42 on a $58 stalls seat and $2.74 on a $42 circle seat, card processing included, against $5.62 and $4.56 on a typical platform. Across the run's 1,380 seats, $2,797 kept.

Questions theatre companies ask first.
Ask us about fees at your prices, mapping your house, or moving a season that's already selling.
Talk to usYes. The map opens on your event page on any screen. Patrons pinch to zoom, tap the seats they want and pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card. A seat is held the moment they tap and drops off every other screen, so two people never buy the same chair.
