Switch from DICE. Keep more of what fans pay.

DICE builds its fee into the price fans pay and pays you after the show. At the same prices, Loopyah leaves you more and pays you every Monday.

Compare side by side

DICE is built around its app, where fans find their next show and keep their tickets. Loopyah is built for the business behind the show. It pays you before the doors open and turns every buyer into a customer for your next event.

No app between your fans and the door.

DICE makes a new fan verify a phone number and give their date of birth before they can pay, then open the tickets in its app. On Loopyah they pay with a name and email, and the tickets open in any browser.

Pay the artists before the show.

Loopyah pays out every Monday from your first event, so ticket sales can cover artist fees and the venue deposit. DICE pays after the show, unless it agrees to an advance.

Loopyah holds the last 10% of sales until the day after the event starts, and an order inside its refund window until the window closes. DICE pays within five business days of the event and can hold up to 5% of sales for six months after it to cover chargebacks. Its advances come out of your payout, and you repay whatever sales don't cover.

Run the business, not just the box office.

DICE sells your tickets and lets you download your buyer list. Loopyah keeps a full record of every buyer and sells your sponsorships, paid out with your tickets.

DICE details from its self sign-up terms and help pages, checked 19 September 2026. Venues and promoters with a DICE partnership agree their own fees. The Vol. 6 example charges fans the same prices on both platforms, so DICE's fee comes out of each price.
