Every guest who opts in is a contact with the galas they came to and their spend. The save the date to 1,240 of them fills 112 seats before the public sale.

Sell the tables and the sponsors online.
Guests pick their seats on the table plan. Companies buy a corporate table or a partner package on the sponsorship page and pay by card, so nothing waits on an invoice.
- 03 · Gala night
A lower fee on every seat.
$7.33 a seat with card processing included, against $11.69 on a typical platform. Cover it in the seat price or add it at checkout so the guest pays it.
- 04 · The rest of the year
The fun run is free, so is the fee.
Free events carry no fee at all: 1,140 registered for the fun run and $0 in fees. The golf day is already filling for March.
