Join us for a deeply rejuvenating Sound Immersion experience led by Chris from Harmonic Essence. This immersive session, often referred to as a Sound Bath or Sound Journey, offers a sensory journey that transcends description through words. The profound sense of serenity it imparts can be likened to the cumulative effects of years of meditation practice, all condensed into a single session, leaving a lasting impact that can extend for days, even weeks in some cases. An array of sounds, emanating from multiple expansive healing gongs, precious metal Himalayan Singing Bowls, Clear Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes, Healing Drums & Percussion, Native American Flute, Heartfelt Vocal toning/chanting, and the enchanting Hand Pan, guides you on a one-of-a-kind journey. Each experience is entirely unique, and prior experience is not necessary.
