First, we indulge in a gentle restorative flow yoga session. Cultivating and enhancing ki (life force energy) is the guiding principle of Leah's yoga practice and teaching. With over 25 years experience on the mat, Leah will guide you through movement and breathwork to release tension, restore balance and delight in spaciousness (physically and mentally) that is the result of improved ki flow. During this event, you will experience a therapeutic and nourishing practice that will leave you feeling lighter, energised and peaceful. Suited to all levels of yoga experience, Leah will provide options for those who may not have the strength or flexibility of others. As the Yoga session comes to an end, prepare to transcend into a sonic paradise as you surrender to the enchanting melodies of singing bowls, flutes, vocals, gongs, chimes, hand pan and other celestial instruments during our mesmerizing Sound Bath. Chris has facilitated hundreds of Sound Journeys and is extremely competent with his craft. He has invested heavily in an array of incredible instruments from all over the globe, and blends them with some carefully curated electronic elements to create soundscapes like no other in this field.
