Guided step-by-step, you’ll explore bold flavour combinations, refine your cooking skills, and gain insight into the artistry behind one of Australia’s most influential chefs—before enjoying a shared meal together.

A St Andrew's Wellbeing Centre program for Members. Join us for a hands-on cooking session from 10 am–12 pm. Learn to prepare nutrient-dense, healthy, and delicious meals, with guidance from our team. Each session includes a small tasting of what you’ve cooked.
Learn how to make Chinese noodles with beef and cucumber. No experience necessary to attend and the best part is enjoying the food you have made afterwards. In this practical, fun and interactive session, you will learn how to prepare the noodles, meat and cucumber and add different spices in the right proportion and sequence to come out with the right flavour. All ingredients and recipes provided.
