Through a guided transformational breathwork journey, we will support you to access the healing power of your breath. Transformational Breathwork is a powerful somatic practice that supports emotional release, nervous system balance and deeper self-connection. Through Conscious Connected Transformational Breathing, your nervous system can shift from a state of stress and into safety and presence, helping you to reconnect with your body and letting go of what no longer serves you. Transformational Breathwork supports the body to shift, release and start processing emotional blockages, allowing healing and transformation to naturally unfold. The transformational Breathwork journey is: Trauma-informed, Gentle yet transformational, Rooted in nervous system regulation, A supportive space for you to reconnect with yourself.

The Love Letter Workshop is a softly held, intimate workshop centered around emotional release through journalling, letter writing and crafting. Designed as a guided ritual rather than a traditional writing class, this experience invites participants to slow down, reflect inward, and express what has remained unspoken. Through mindfulness, conversation, quiet writing time, and optional sharing, the space will transform into a safe haven for connection and release. Your ticket will include: a notebook to keep, writing materials to use on the day, envelope from Martina's Tiny Store, an assortment of teas and refreshments (provided by Harris Farm and ALTR), a giftbag to take home filled with goodies from local Australian jewellery, beauty, health and stationary brands (Near&Far, HelloFrankie and more).
