Forty-five minutes to step off the treadmill and into yourself. This is our signature breath flow session. There’s no fluff or performance here. It’s 45 minutes of guided breathwork that moves you through tension, clears the mind, and lands you somewhere calmer. You'll settle in, close your eyes, and let us guide your breath to do the work. By the end, you'll feel lighter. More spacious. A little more like yourself again. It's not meditation. It's not a workout. It's something in between, and a reset you can actually feel. Whether you're seeking relief from anxiety, looking to boost your mood, or simply wanting to feel more present, breathwork offers a transformative path to well-being and self-discovery.
Return to Resonance is a sound-led Sol Ceremony designed to support nervous system restoration, energetic alignment, and inner clarity as we move into Autumn. Held during the week of the Autumn Equinox, this ceremony offers space to integrate the momentum of the year so far and refine what feels sustainable moving forward. Through immersive sound, guided breath and meditation, this ceremony creates a space for organic energetic recalibration and embodied return. Together, we move through three intentional phases: Realign, Release, and Restore. This ceremony is designed to help you return to your natural rhythm - grounded, clear, and internally aligned.

Join us for a soul-soothing evening of breathwork and sound healing as the ocean becomes our backdrop and the sand our grounding anchor. This gentle, guided breathwork journey is designed to calm your nervous system, soften stress, and bring you back into your body. As the waves roll in and out, you’ll be supported through slow, intentional breathing techniques that invite clarity, emotional release, and deep inner stillness. We’ll then drift into a restorative sound healing immersion, where crystal bowls and calming tones wash over you like the tide — helping to reset your energy, quiet the mind, and restore balance from within. No experience is needed — just bring a towel or mat, drink bottle, something warm, and an open heart. Let the ocean air clear your mind, the breath steady your body, and the sound carry you home to yourself 🌊✨
Float into the sunset immersed in waves of soothing sound in a divine night of good vibrations under the energy of the Pisces New Moon. New Moons are an excellent time for connecting to ourselves, getting clear on what we want in our lives and setting intentions. The New Moon in dreamy Pisces offers us a chance to let creativity and inner vision flow freely. Join me, by the ocean, for an evening of rest, sound & transformation at the spacious Elwood Angling Club. Overlooking the Foreshore at dusk, you’ll arrive and settle into your spot. We begin with a gentle breathing technique to centre and ground as the sun sets infront of us. Then, nestled under your blanket you’ll be guided into a 60-minute sound journey. The soothing frequencies of the quartz crystal bowls, wind and moon gongs, therapeutic Peter Hess bowls and more will present a full body immersion whilst offering an invitation to quieten your mind and support your nervous system. In this space between waking and dreaming, your body shifts into rest and repair mode & self-healing can happen. Throughout the soundscape you will hear nature recordings I have made creating an ambient backing that helps you connect to nature and yourself.
