Living with Intention is a four-week program for midlife women who are ready to pause, reflect and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

MEDITATION + BREATHWORK + SONIC FREQUENCIES. A Journey with Becoming Sound is a 90 minute somatic experience where sound is used to create vibrations that resonate with the cells and organs of the body, inviting deep states of relaxation, balancing energy, reducing stress, and enhancing overall wellness. Weaving together a powerful combination of breath-work, ritual, mantra, sound instruments, intention setting and meditation, the purpose of the session is to allow the vibrations and frequencies of the sounds to shift energy blockages, reset the nervous system, and promote physical, emotional, & spiritual healing through energy alignments.

Join Breath Balance for another transformative breathwork event carved out for yourself! This class aims to activate sympathetic nervous system release stress, reset our busy mind and reignite meaning and calm. Led by myself Olya founder of Breath Balance with a decade of nursing experience. I have personally experienced the healing power of breathwork.
