Find your calm and get creative as you learn some simple mindful art technique in this super relaxing workshop. Making art is an accessible and effective way to bring more relaxation into your life. Engaging in creative play has been shown to help reduce our bodies response to stress when we regularly engage in calming making processes. Art for Calm offers a safe, calm, welcoming and fun space to learn how art can be a mindful practice. In this two hour workshop we will look at how simple drawing, colouring and painting techniques can instil a flow state and create a greater sense of calm and well-being. You will create art that you’ll be proud of. Proud enough perhaps to even put on your wall, or gift to others! You’ll also walk away with inspiration as well as tools to continue your own calming creative practice at home. I’ll provide all the art equipment, you just need to book a spot and come and enjoy yourself. No art experience is necessary - just a want to claim some time for yourself!

Explore the concept of your body's notation - the unconscious, habitual patterns of movement and its' posture that shape your internal narrative. Through guided Somatic Dance Movement Therapy, we will move beyond simply recognising these old scores to actively re-authoring them. release physical and emotional stress, improved clarity and connection. This is a 4 week group therapy that builds upon the last session.

Renée is a certified Vijnana Yoga teacher and is practicing yoga for nearly three decades. The three sessions will cover all components of Vijnana Yoga, including sitting, breathing exercises, postures, and studying texts. These sessions will work on a series of postures that allow the body to move in all directions.

Living with Intention is a four-week program for midlife women who are ready to pause, reflect and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

MEDITATION + BREATHWORK + SONIC FREQUENCIES. A Journey with Becoming Sound is a 90 minute somatic experience where sound is used to create vibrations that resonate with the cells and organs of the body, inviting deep states of relaxation, balancing energy, reducing stress, and enhancing overall wellness. Weaving together a powerful combination of breath-work, ritual, mantra, sound instruments, intention setting and meditation, the purpose of the session is to allow the vibrations and frequencies of the sounds to shift energy blockages, reset the nervous system, and promote physical, emotional, & spiritual healing through energy alignments.

Return to Stillness is a sound-led immersion designed to invite grounding, embodied presence, and inner clarity. Clarity arises not from effort but from stillness. In a world of constant motion, stillness is not passive - it is a return to self. Together, we create the conditions for clarity to emerge naturally through calibrated sound, grounding breathwork, and meditation. You are not here to achieve anything - you are here to remember what becomes clear when the noise gently settles. Together, we move through three intentional phases: Settle, Soften, Restore. What’s Included: Ceremonial welcome (cacao or herbal tea), Guided grounding and intention setting, Gentle breathwork, somatic regulation and meditation, Immersive sound journey with crystal alchemy bowls, gongs and chimes, Group-held energetic recalibration through sound and presence, Silent rest and structured integration, tea and connection. This Women’s Circle will be an intentional gathering where we can deepen our connections, listen to each other's journeys & learn more about ourselves. This Circle will be a blend of sharing stories and mindful practices that foster a safe and supportive environment. Whether you’re looking to make new friends, explore personal growth, or simply be in an authentic space with an amazing group of women, this circle is the place for you. I have limited this Circle to a maximum of 12 Women, this allows the space to stay connected and gives every person ample time to share in Circle. As a participant in this Women's Circle you are encouraged to share what feels right for you. Some days that may be little and some days that may be a lot. As the Circle facilitator I will have a timer of somewhere between 2-8 minute per share (depending on overall numbers), this is to keep equality & flow in the shared space. Of course, if you do not feel open to sharing in any given moment, no one will force you to share. Each Woman has autonomy over her own actions and participation in the Circle. Gather with us, sip on tea, share tears of laughter and tears of joy - all emotions are welcomed here. Together, we’ll create a space where every voice is heard, every transition has been witnessed and every person feels welcomed.
