Find the best mindfulness events and make the most of your time this month in Adelaide. From education to pets and more, we have the biggest event range and best discovery experience, there's something for everyone.
The most radical thing you can do at the Fringe this year is listen. Inspired by the global Human Library movement, born from the belief that conversation can challenge stigma, this is a living library where the books are human and the stories are real. Step into the cellar beneath the Lion Hotel, a space that has held stories for generations. There you will find people sharing lived experiences of grief, addiction, resilience, survival and everything in between. There is no stage, no script, no performance to applaud. Just small, intimate circles where listening is enough. You don’t have to speak. You can stay. You can step away. You are in control. This is performance through presence and connection. Don’t just check out a show. Check in with a human.

It is a wonderful opening of conversations about mortality, death, and living fully! It is run by a qualified Death Doula, Mary Grace, who has a passion for helping others to live fully by embracing our mortality, speaking openly together about our challenges, fears and experiences with this tender topic.

Join me for a gentle sunset flow by the sea. Move, breathe, and exhale together. Join me under the (nearly) full moon to move, breathe, bend, and soften. A time to come together and welcome in a new week in a lovely way ~ unwinding, coming back to what's important, and letting go. This will be the first full moon in the Year of the Horse according to the Chinese Lunar New Year. Align with the energy of independence and rapid forward motion. Following the introspective and preparatory Year of the Snake, the Horse year is characterised by a desire to break away from routine, act decisively, and pursue life and dreams with passion. Held at sunset by the sea, this nourishing class offers a moment to listen gently and orient toward what's next...without rushing, forcing, or fixing. Just noticing what comes up in the shared space. Themes for the evening: Expect a gentle, juicy flow, big breaths, meditation, reflection, and connection as the sun sets.
A St Andrew's Wellbeing Centre program for Members. Just as it sounds, you will be tucked under a rug on your own soft meditation mattress, cocooned in a safe, comfy nest while you are surrounded by the healing tones and vibrations of music, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments. In this nurturing container, you'll be able to 'tune out,' restore, and gently let go. This intimate group experience is designed to ease stress and help you to re-calibrate your nervous system. Kyrie creates a genuine space that helps you break free from the barriers preventing you from truly 'switching off.' Your nervous system will find the rest it craves, and you'll carry this sense of peace and calm with you for days to follow.
We all develop a preferred way of moving through life. For some, it’s structure - clarity, control, responsibility. For others, it’s flow - intuition, creativity, expansion. Over time, what once protected or supported us can develop into an automatic way of being. We default. We over-rely. We filter ourselves through one mode of operating - even when it no longer serves. The ARC Experience is a full-day event designed to help you recognise your default pattern - and expand your capacity to move intentionally between structure and flow. This isn’t about staying balanced at all times. It’s about developing the awareness to choose your response - rather than being driven by habit. Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through the ARC framework (Accept • Reflect • Create), alongside embodied practice and structured inquiry, to recalibrate how you move through your life and work. During the day, you’ll: Learn the ARC framework as a practical recalibration tool Identify your default structure/flow pattern Engage in guided reflection and embodied integration Develop greater awareness of where you’ve been over- or underexpressing Define your next aligned adjustment What is the experience like? Participants often experience: A clearer sense of how they tend to react under pressure Greater ability to pause before responding automatically Less overthinking and emotional looping around decisions A practical way to navigate uncertainty without shutting down or forcing control A clearer understanding of their next step - even if the full path isn’t visible yet ARC doesn’t remove life’s complexity. It gives you a way to move through it with greater clarity and choice. This day is for you if: You feel capable - but not fully integrated You default strongly toward either control or expansion You oscillate between over-discipline and overwhelm You want both depth and structure You’re willing to participate fully This is not a passive workshop. The depth of your experience will reflect your level of engagement.
