A 2-hour workshop for women wanting to better understand and support their pelvic health. Learn about how your pelvic floor works, how it shows up in everyday activities, simple breathing, posture and coordination strategies, and practical strategies that can be incorporated into your everyday routine. The role of the nervous system and connection to the pelvic floor will also be discussed. This workshop is for you if you experience or are concerned about leakage, heaviness, discomfort or pain, feel unsure how to engage or relax your pelvic floor, are navigating postpartum changes, or want a more holistic, supportive and validating approach. Expect a warm, welcoming space, practical education, optional reflection, and a small group setting.
