Both are vehicles to bring better balance. Together Suyin and Martine create a space to slow down, lower stress levels and dissolve physical tightness. The first part will be a Yin Yoga session followed by acupuncture, offering a sense of deep rest while quietening the mind. Balanced Yin is essential to having healthy muscles and joints, strong immunity, mental clarity and overall vitality. Welcome to our mini holiday.

Yoga X Breathwork with Devon and Niamh. Join us Saturday 9th May 8am at Dolphins Point Coogee for a 60 minute vinyasa yoga flow and guided breathwork to awaken your body, calm your mind and set yourself up for your day. You will move through a gentle vinyasa flow with Niamh, connecting breath to movement and releasing any tension. This will be followed by a guided breathwork journey led by Devon, helping you release, reset and reconnect. This experience is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply and create space for intention. A treat for your body and nervous system. No prior experience is needed. Please arrive 10 minutes before.
