It’s time to normalise children’s anxiety. The Anxiety Coach Parenting Program is for parents and carers of children aged 4 -12 years. The course is run in Mascot and promotes: 💥 Anti-fragile thinking skills and resilience in children. 💥 An understanding of how anxiety develops, and how to prevent it. Commit to coming to Mascot over three Monday mornings and you'll emerge with more confidence to help your child manage difficult emotions.
Positive Breastfeeding Workshop at Westmead Hospital. This workshop is designed to give you the right information and support for breastfeeding your baby. The workshop is conducted by a qualified Lactation Consultant who will answer your questions, provide you with problem-solving strategies and boost your confidence so that you may successfully breastfeed your baby.

This Saturday session is catered for expectant parents who are actively preparing for their baby's arrival. This intensive session is suitable for expectant parents who are booked to birth their baby at Blacktown Hospital. Please note that one ticket is required to be purchased for you and one support person to attend. First time expectant parents benefit enormously from these classes as there is plenty of time to interact and discuss a range of topics from labour and birth to breastfeeding and early parenting.
Positive Birth and Parenting Workshop consists of two sessions held on Saturdays for two weeks. You can attend the workshop either online or face-to-face at Westmead Hospital. Workshop dates are as follows: Week 1: Week 2: If you attend this program you are entitled to attend a breastfeeding workshop for free. Arrive at 8:45 am. You must be birthing your baby at Westmead Public Hospital to receive a discounted fee. All women booked to birth their baby at another hospital must pay full fee. It is recommended to book this workshop if you are due between 13th June and 8th August 2026. Topics Covered: Topics include but are not limited to: Mind and body working together during labour Labouring at home and when to come to the hospital Positions for labour and birth – being active Birth with confidence Evidence-based techniques for labour and birth, including acupressure, massage, breathing and relaxation Tour of the Birth Unit Handling and care of baby Helping your baby's sleeping and waking patterns Being informed about common obstetric interventions Calming an unsettled baby Communicating with your baby Parenting issues – including postnatal depression, roles and identities And more!
