A Mother's Day gathering on the invisible mental load, nervous system burnout, and self-care without guilt. She remembers the appointments. She tracks the school calendar. She knows who needs what, when, and how — even when no one asks. The invisible mental load that mothers carry is not just exhausting. It rewires the nervous system, reshapes the body's stress response, and slowly erodes the energy needed to keep going. She Carries Everything is a Mother's Day gathering that honours what is real — not with flowers and platitudes, but with honesty, connection, and practical wisdom. This is not about adding more to the to-do list. It is about understanding what you are carrying, why it weighs so much, and how to put some of it down — without guilt.
