Activities include guided meditation, reflective journaling, group Reiki energy healing, and connection with other like-minded souls. Suitable for all ages and experience levels. Join us for a unique workshop hosted by Jenny Kuznetsova on Curative Eurythmy: Movement for everyday wellbeing, an introduction. Held over three consecutive Saturdays, 14th, 21st, 28th March 2026, 11am-12pm, the participants will have an opportunity to experience this extraordinary modality. Curative Eurythmy is a movement modality that creates harmony in the whole being. Through specifically curated movements, our three bodies, physical, emotional and mental are moved into incredible balance. The movements work strongly on the circulatory system and as such create organic deep activation of the breath. As the movements activate circulation in the body as well as flooding it with the health giving breath, the after effects create feelings of inner nourishment, strength and vitality. You are invited to try this unique and potent modality and experience the benefits firsthand.
Wilty Meetups March meetup is all about journaling! Whether you're already part of our community, a first-timer or a lurker online - join us for an afternoon of journaling and chill socialising. All materials will be provided but we encourage you to bring your journal/notebook if you have one! A relaxed and welcoming environment where you can learn how to get started with journaling. Never journaled before? No problem! No experience needed here. This is a space to come exactly as you are and create without judgment. Come solo or bring a friend. A community-led arrival into Spinal Energetics and nervous system safety and embodiment. Held within a calm, respectful community, this experience offers space to pause, orient, and gently reconnect with your body in a way that feels contained, supported, and accessible. The intention of this gathering is to understand and embody Spinal Energetics, a nervous system–led, body-based practice that many people experience as increased awareness, grounding, and a sense of ease. The event is held in a shared, ceremonial space where connection arises naturally, and participants are encouraged to leave with a clearer understanding of Spinal Energetics, a greater sense of comfort and safety in their body, and simple awareness tools to carry into daily life.
