A workshop by IN HER WOMANHOOD for Melbourne based women. Facilitated by Sara, an experienced mental health professional, this workshop supports women to set boundaries in their lives. Expect connection, meditation, reflection, group work, journaling, and light refreshments. Not a therapy session, but a practical approach to boundary setting.

This 2-hour immersion will lead you through the energies of Autumn through the practice of a gentle, slower yoga practice that incorporates a Yoga Nidra.

For 70 minutes, you’ll be fully enveloped in sound, light, and stillness as the walls around you come alive with lush rainforest projections, live acoustic music fills the room, and the deep resonance of crystal singing bowls guides you into a state of complete calm. This is not a yoga class. This is not a meditation workshop. This is something you have to feel to believe.

A connective touch event to learn and practice consent, embodiment and connection. This is a longer event and will have more facilitated opportunities to play the No Game, 3 Minute Game and The Bossy Massage. As usual there's plenty of time to relax and melt too. How great does snuggles on Sunday sound! Gift yourself time and space to relax and feel nurtured in a welcoming environment with a friendly group of people. All genders and orientations - individuals, groups and couples - are welcome. Touch is platonic, always consensual and never a requirement to participate. At Cuddle Gatherings you may experience an increased sense of well-being and belonging, a boost in compassion and playfulness, a decrease in blood pressure and a better night's sleep.
