Indie Sensation Kate Bollinger Announces Debut Shows in New Zealand and Australia Kate Bollinger, the Virginia-born, LA-based multidisciplinary artist is thrilled to announce her debut shows downunder. bringing her introspective lyrics, breezy melodies, and genre-blending sound to audiences with her freshly announced deluxe version of critically acclaimed album ‘Song From A Thousand Minds’. “I wanted to make some more kind of home-recorded versions of the songs. Bring them closer to what they were when I first wrote them,” she adds. For “Any Day Now”, she and co-producer Jackson MacIntosh (Sheer Agony, TOPS, Homeshake) recorded a more sparse and intimate cassette 4-track version. A jangle-pop gem in its album form, the track is reimagined with layers of acoustic guitars and a barely-there snare drum. “Kate Bollinger writes smart, melodic indie pop music. It makes for easy listening, but there's real insight in her lyrics. Dig deeper and you'll discover a thoughtful songwriter coming into her own.” - NPR "The indie-folk singer Kate Bollinger finds the silver lining in loneliness on this melancholy but ultimately hopeful piano ballad...Bollinger’s sweet, plaintive voice sounds muffled, as if enveloped in a gray cloud that, by the end of the song, has begun to dissipate." - The New York Times Kate Bollinger Australasia Tour January 2026 9th - Double Whammy, Auckland, New Zealand 10th - SLACKBARN!
