UNSPOKEN is a powerful exhibition series at SAGA Studio Arthouse Gallery Australia that honours the quiet battles people carry every day, the struggles fought internally, often without recognition, support, or words. In this edition of UNSPOKEN, we focus on four female artists, Fae (Faded)@faeded999, Ludwina Orchard, @artbyludwina Alison Adler, @alisonhurry.artschool and Rachel Bonnici, @rachelz_art each bringing deeply personal perspectives shaped by their own lived experiences. Through painting, sculpture, textile and mixed media, their work explores resilience, identity, healing and transformation from a distinctly female lens. The exhibition is curated by Martin Hanna, whose inspiration comes from a personal place. Growing up, he witnessed his mother overcome immense challenges, Her resilience, strength and determination left a lasting impact and became the foundation for this exhibition and its message of recognition and appreciation. Together, the artistsβ works create a space not only for expression, but for recognition, acknowledging the strength it takes to endure, rebuild and continue. This exhibition celebrates women not just for their stories, but for their perseverance, courage and power. This exhibition is about appreciation. It is about acknowledging the unseen. It is about giving space to what is often left unspoken. We invite you to experience the work, reflect on your own journey, and recognise the strength in others.
