We’re excited to launch the Biodesign Case Competition, led by A/Prof Khoa Cao, an alumnus of both Monash Medicine and Stanford Engineering. Open to students interested in innovation, entrepreneurship, and the future of healthcare, this competition will teach you the core biodesign mindset and start-up frameworks used to take an idea from clinical need to real-world venture. You’ll also explore how human-AI teaming can strengthen the innovation process, work in multidisciplinary teams, and pitch your solution to a panel of industry experts.
A trauma-informed Professional Development Workshop for Early Childhood Educators & Teachers, facilitated by Laura Pitt & Sarah Blangiardo. This workshop explores practical and engaging ways to bring yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness into early childhood settings, aligned with the EYLF and grounded in a trauma-informed lens. Together we will explore discussion, practical classroom strategies, and a short kids-style yoga session where participants will experience playful movement, breathing games, and mindfulness activities. This is a hands-on, practical session designed to give educators ideas they can immediately bring back into their learning environments.
