A practical, supportive community group for single mums raising teenagers. Real tools, real conversations, and a shared space. Parenting teens is hard enough â and doing it on our own can be a lot! This group is a warm, grounded space for single mums who would want to build clarity, support, and practical tools for navigating the teen years. Each session explores real issues we're dealing with right now â communication, boundaries, school pressure, emotional ups and downs, independence, and the shifting dynamics of raising a teenager in 2026 and beyond. Weâll learn together and from each other in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Whether your child is approaching their teens or in the thick of it, youâre welcome. Free regular community meeting. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided. Spaces are limited so we can keep the group warm, safe, and supportive.
