Boost Your Wellbeing is a 1-hour workshop that will discuss ways to boost wellbeing & resilience by exploring daily protective factors/strategies we can use to support our mental health. The session includes activities centred around gratitude, social connection, and mindfulness techniques, as well as ways we can work through emotions. We will also discuss available support services to assist you or a loved one.
