Fun Fitness Class Looking for a way to move your body in a fun and supportive environment? This class is for you. Our Fun Fitness Class is designed for all ages and fitness levels. Each session includes a mix of simple, guided exercises set up in a circuit format, so you can move at your own pace and try a variety of activities. A qualified personal trainer from the local gym, Mana Fit will be there to support you throughout the session, tailoring each exercise to suit your ability. Last Class for Term 2 is 27th of June

Step Up for Your Heart – Walk, Connect, and Celebrate Heart Health! Join us to celebrate Heart Week, promote cardiovascular health and enjoy some fresh air. The walk will follow the iconic 3.8 km Tan Track, suitable for all fitness levels, and aims to encourage active lifestyles while connecting with the local community.
Join us for three hours of connecting with nature for your health and wellbeing. Matt Glover, a trauma informed counsellor and Australia's first qualified counsellor accredited with the International Nature and Forest Therapy Alliance, leads this event. The walk is designed for those who want to experience a deeper connection with nature and benefit from the health benefits such as reduced stress levels, stronger immune systems, better sleep, and improved mental health management. Grant's Picnic Ground, a traditional meeting place of the Wurundjeri People, is rich with Indigenous history and abundant with native plant and wildlife. Your three hour forest therapy experience will teach you a little of the science and research around using nature for your wellbeing. You will then experience a series of creative, sensory and mindful activities all designed to maximise your interaction with nature and enhance your well being.
Join the Mother’s Day Classic on Sunday 10 May 2026 to walk or run in support of lifesaving breast and ovarian cancer research. Take part in the Lysterfield run or walk at Lysterfield Lake from 8am to raise vital funds for breast and ovarian cancer research. The course follows a scenic loop around Lysterfield Lake, using wide gravel pathways that are suitable for walkers, runners, prams, and wheelchairs. The start and finish are located between the Spotted Gum Car Park and the lake, with volunteers positioned around the course for guidance.
