This walk is an invitation to slow down and return to yourself - not by doing more, but by being here. We explore speaking from flow rather than force, from presence rather than performance. Inspired by less performative ways of leading and expressing, this session focuses on how voice activates when we’re grounded, receptive and connected. To our bodies, to nature and to each other. Through simple speaking prompts, shared reflection and quiet moments of walking, you’ll practise being present even in motion, the kind of presence that carries back into meetings, conversations and the busy, imperfect reality of daily life. Perfect for beginners, lapsed speakers and seasoned leaders who want their voice to feel more alive, honest and regulated.
