Join us for a soulful Sunday of colour, creativity and connection to Australian native flora 🌿 On Sunday, May 3rd and June 14th | 11am – 2pm (with a short break at 1:00pm), we welcome Australian artist Louise Hamill for a vibrant botanical painting workshop inspired by the raw beauty of banksias and native seed pods. Set in a warm, light-filled space, this workshop invites you to create your own original artwork using Australian natives as your muse. Louise gently guides participants to trust their intuition, explore colour and texture, and develop a composition from their own unique perspective. This is not about “right” or “wrong” — it’s about expression, mindfulness and creative exploration. Louise, who lives and works on Gadigal land (Newtown), approaches her practice intuitively, blending botanical forms with dynamic colour and spiritual depth. She has exhibited in Australia and Japan, including at Taku Sometani Gallery in Tokyo and Cool Change Contemporary in Perth, and brings both professional experience and heartfelt encouragement to her workshops. ✨ All materials included ✨ Tea & coffee provided ✨ Take home your finished artwork ✨ Suitable for beginners through to experienced painters This intimate workshop is limited to 8–10 participants to ensure personalised guidance and a relaxed atmosphere.
