Join me on the mat to support a very special cause. My friend, Shannon, will be running the Noosa Marathon this May alongside her friend Gemma to raise funds for Barretstown - an incredible Irish charity that supports children living with serious illness and their families. They are running in memory of Shannon’s cousin Manus Ward, who sadly passed away after a brave fight with brain cancer. Barretstown played an important role in supporting their family, and this marathon is a way of honouring Manus while raising funds for the amazing work the charity continues to do. To support the girls and this wonderful cause, I’ll be hosting a Pilates & Breathwork morning with all proceeds going directly to Barretstown. It will be a lovely morning of movement, breath, and community while supporting something truly meaningful.

Welcome to The Mindful Art Sessions! 🎨 In the Mindful art space, we blend the benefits of Mindfulness practices with the Creative expression of Art. These classes are designed to provide a safe and nurturing space for you to explore your inner world, cultivate mindfulness, and reconnect with your creativity with a community of creatives. This is a very special class as we will be waiting whales and using blue as part of my solo exhibition. Whales were the first things I started pairings 6 years ago and I'm so excited to share this with you. You'll be guided through mindfulness exercises and meditations to bring your awareness to the present moment. This grounding practice helps to quiet the mind and to learn watercolour and drawing skills as a journey more than a result. By being fully present in the creative process, the invitation is to find awareness of your thoughts. Guided by Meditation teacher and coach, you'll be supported through this self discovery journey, allowing your creative instincts to flow freely. In every class we will work with a different theme that will help you navigate your inner journey. All materials are included. All levels welcome. If you'd like to join any of the booked out classes let me know and I can add you to the waiting list :) See you soon! Pitu
