These small, intimate sound bath sessions in New Farm offer space to slow down, breathe deeply and allow the body to settle into a calmer rhythm. Using instruments such as gongs, Tibetan bowls and other resonant sound instruments, the experience is designed to support deep relaxation and mental stillness. Each gathering is intentionally small to create a peaceful environment where you can fully relax and receive the experience. “Ceremonial cacao, gentle women-centered yoga, calming aromatherapy, guided reflection, journaling, circle sharing & mindset reset tools.” In honour of International Women's Day, we gather in circle to pause, soften, and return to ourselves. This women’s cacao and yoga ceremony is an invitation to step out of the noise of daily life and into a space of presence, connection, and embodied wisdom. Ceremonial cacao opens the heart and gently quiets the mind, while carefully selected aromatherapy supports relaxation, emotional clarity, and a sense of safety. Our yoga practice honours the rhythms, cycles, and unique needs of women — allowing us to move, breathe, and reflect with intention. Through nourishing movement, restorative postures, and shared circle, we remember the power of being witnessed, supported, and deeply connected — to ourselves, our sisters, and the wisdom within us. This is a space to arrive exactly as you are. To listen inward. To honour your rhythms. To celebrate the strength, softness, and embodied wisdom that lives within every woman.
through a concert journey exploring the ethereal beauty of flight and vastness of the sky. This program brings together three masterpieces that capture the essence of the flight, from the delicate flutter of a single bird to the monumental power of a shifting atmosphere. Joined by violinist, Courtenay Cleary the orchestra will perform Vaughan Williams' stunning work "The Lark Ascending". Inspired by the poetry of George Meredith, this romantic work mirrors the soaring, spiralling flight of a lark over the English Countryside. Our feathered friends are also the feature in Respighi's charming neo-classical suite, "The Birds". Through clever orchestration, the composer mimics the distinctive characters of various birds - from the rhythmic clucking of a hen through to the mournful call of a nightingale. The major work on the program is Sibelius' Symphony no.7. This single movement work flows between dark and light, with feelings of weightlessness and longing. Envisage the wintry Finnish landscape filled with cold, fresh air and vast spaces, snow-capped peaks and expansive forests. Shifting between brooding storm clouds and sudden bursts of light, the music reflects the dramatic transitions of the Nordic landscape, concluding with a fiery sunset. It will be a truly sensory experience.
A fun, free flow dance experience exploring your light and shadow aspects through movement and art. Be free to move or dance however you like! We dance with the lights off to create a safe and supportive environment where you won’t be seen or judged. Movement and dance allow you to release stressful or stagnant energy stored in your body. Since emotions are energy in motion, it's no wonder that any movement in your body can help shift your emotions. After the dance, you can either draw and/or write to reflect on what came up in a Yin and Yang mandala. Artistic ability is NOT a requirement, it's all about your expression and the meaning you find for yourself! You then have an opportunity to share what has come up with the group in the closing circle (if comfortable). Tania's aim is to create a safe space for you to express yourself and connect with others. Numbers are strictly limited to ensure comfort and a quality experience for everyone. Hope to see you there!
