Rest into a deep meditative state with our sound healing session perfect for beginners. These small, intimate sound bath sessions in New Farm offer space to slow down, breathe deeply and allow the body to settle into a calmer rhythm. Using instruments such as gongs, Tibetan bowls and other resonant sound instruments, the experience is designed to support deep relaxation and mental stillness. Each gathering is intentionally small to create a peaceful environment where you can fully relax and receive the experience. You will be guided gently into stillness, allowing the sound and vibration to move through the space and the body. Many people leave feeling grounded, clear and deeply rested.

Join us for this month's sunset sound bath meditation in the peaceful surrounds of Coochiemudlo Island. Each month I hold a peaceful sunset sound bath meditation on Coochiemudlo Island. Nestled among the trees, this special hall places us right alongside nature with the added sounds of the birds and lapping waters of the bay beneath the red rock cliffs which give the Island it's name. Just a short 10 minute, 50 cent ferry ride over from Victoria Point. This meditation experience is an opportunity to unwind and relax to the gentle soothing tones of the live sound bath journey and set yourself up for the week ahead. Using a range of instruments including crystal sound bowls, chimes, percussion, flute and human voice, the meditation guides you into a deep 1.5hr relaxation. Participants have experienced a deep state of calmness within their nervous system, releasing of tension and a sense of inner peace. The results are unique to each person, with some people having personal healing and visions and others simply gaining a deeper and more restorative night sleep. I have been a professional musician and singer for over 30 years and have been training and practicing sound therapy for over 6 years now. It brings me a huge sense of joy to facilitate this work and see the transformation that it can support for the people that attend.
