You need to wear clothes that cover you from top to tail. They will get wet and muddy. Shoes need to be solid but suitable for getting wet. Gumboots are ideal. The work involves picking up rubbish, often half buried or under trees. Some of the debris is small, others are large. With 6 people of varying size we can usually handle anything. Have I painted an amazing pictures yet? Yes this is not 'your' every day clean up, this is an Ocean Crusaders Clean Up. This is reality and we are seeking hard core volunteers to join us for a day or two here and there. There are only 5 spots available on the boat each day so we can keep social distancing. Please reserve a ticket on Eventbrite and if you can't make it, please have the courtesy to cancel your ticket so someone else can come. We don't want to end up with only a few people on the boat. We will be leaving from the Shorncliff public Boat Ramp next to the Queensland Cruising Yacht Club at 0800. We usually return to the ramp by 1300.
