A mindfulness leader will offer guidance to help you slow down, breathe, and take in the natural surroundings. The walk concludes back at the Wellbeing Centre with coffee, tea and a light snack. This intimate experience is limited to 10 participants, making it the perfect opportunity to unwind in a small group.
