To transfer a ticket, your event organiser must enable this option.

Go to the 'My Tickets' section and select the ticket you want to transfer.

Tap the 'Transfer' option. You can search for an existing Loopyah user, or enter an email address to transfer to someone who isn't on the platform yet.

If transferring via email, enter the recipient's name and email address and confirm. They'll receive an email with a link to accept the transfer.

The recipient accepts the transfer by clicking the link and signing in. The ticket is transferred once they accept.

You can recall a pending transfer at any time before it's accepted from the 'My Ticket Transfers' page.
