Request a Refund

Refunds are only available if the event organiser has enabled them. Check the event page for refund eligibility.

Go to the event page for the event you purchased tickets for.

If refunds are enabled, you'll see a 'Request Refund' option on your ticket details.

Refund requests must be made within the refund window set by the organiser. Auto refunds are closed 3 days before the event start date.

Once your refund is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with the refund details.
