Enable auto refunds for an event.

When you create a new event, toggle the enable refunds option

Set how long you want the refund period to be, up to 7 days. Auto refunds are closed 3 days before event start date.

After that period, your customers are no longer eligible for the refund. If you still want to issue them a refund, you can use the issue refund method.

Once your customer requests the refund, we handle their request and email them the refund receipt.
