Deactivate or Cancel an Event

You can deactivate an event to cancel it and prevent further ticket sales.

Go to the event page and tap the 'More options' button.

Tap 'Deactivate Event' and confirm your decision.

Once deactivated, the event will no longer appear in search results and tickets can no longer be purchased.

If you change your mind, you can reactivate the event from the same menu at any time.
