If anyone deserves a morning of movement & matcha, it's us mums! Treat yourself — or your mum, MIL, sister, aunty, or bestie — to a feel good morning Pilates session, followed by your choice of an iced matcha, iced strawberry matcha, iced latte, or fresh OJ. This session welcomes all fitness levels. Whether you’re chasing after your kids or your grandkids, I’ve got you. Free fun program for primary school aged kids where families get moving with games and explore simple, nutritious cooking. Program consists of 4 sessions, running each Thursday in June - 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th. Includes hands-on food experiences, cooking sessions and afternoon tea. Heaps of fun games for the kids to play and get the family active.
Turning Theory into Movement - Live Stream & Practical Session on Bed Mobility Through a PEOP Lens. Participants will learn to apply the PEOP model to understand personal, environmental, and occupational tasks of bed mobility. Attendees will have the opportunity to trial assistive technology focusing on practical functions, features, and techniques that empower clients to achieve their personal goals and maximize independence in their home environment.
