On the very special occasion of International Women's Day, 8th March 2026, we will gather together on the sacred lands of Mount Keira. The Return is a full day's retreat for women — a sacred journey back to yourself. This day retreat offers a space to connect to yourself, to nature, and each other. Through slow, embodied practices designed to support your nervous system, you’ll be guided to soften, settle, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms. During the retreat, we’ll move through a carefully held half-day container that may include: - Gentle, somatic movement - Breathwork and guided rest - Reflection and integration - Connection with other women - Refreshments and a nourishing lunch - Guided bush walk in the serene and peaceful surrounds of Mount Keira
