If being progressive means asking a larger set of questions (and not necessarily agreeing the answers) our understandings of leadership can be scrutinised. How does taking followership seriously question tradition and orthodoxy in organisations? Are there faith-based implications? In this interactive conversation Dr Ruth Sims will challenge how you think about leadership relationships and roles.

This year's Vigil will have a focus on the impacts of domestic and family violence on children and young people, and include music from young Nukunu singer-songwriter Tilly Tjala Thomas. The event will be held in the Grounds of Government House, as follows: 5:15pm to 5:30pm - Arrival, 5:30pm - Event starts, 6:15pm - Formalities end, 6:15pm to 6:30pm - Informal connection. Please enter the grounds of Government House via the main gate on the corner of North Terrace and King William Street. Dress for an outdoor, all-weather event. Please note, you will not need to show a ticket on arrival, but we ask that you still register your attendance via the 'Reserve a spot' button to let us know how many people to expect.
