Join us for a powerful and uplifting morning on the beach filled with movement, sunlight, connection and community. Expect a fun beach workout, partnered and group fitness, and finishing with our Sunrise Sisterhood tradition of dancing by the ocean. All proceeds from this session will go towards Ryan's Steps for Suicide. Come as you are. Bring a friend. Let’s move together for something bigger than ourselves 🤍🌅

Come along and support the Buderim Private Hospital Auxiliary at their Card & Games Fundraising Day on Sunday, 22nd March 2026, commencing at 10.00am at Buderim Gardens Village Community Hall, Mooloolaba Road, Buderim. For only $30 per person, you can enjoy morning tea, lunch, and a Lucky Door prize draw. There will also be some fantastic raffle prizes and the Trading Table will be in full swing for you to purchase some homemade goodies. Be sure to book your tickets early to avoid disappointment.
We are excited to host our annual International Women's Day event on Friday 6 March at Wharf Events, Mooloolaba. The event will feature guest speaker Mayor Rosanna Natoli, Sunshine Coast Council. This year, we are honoured to collaborate with local designer, Zoe Kratzmann, and support The Forgotten Women. Zoe has generously donated a gift card to raffle at the breakfast with all proceeds going directly towards The Forgotten Women. Tickets are $20 each or 3 for $50 and available to purchase via this link, you don't need to be at the breakfast to win this voucher. The Forgotten Women charity is a unique, grassroots housing initiative for homeless women over 55. The project's mission is to put a roof over the heads of as many of these vulnerable women as possible.
Black Dog Ride - Mooloolaba Triathlon Moto Volunteers 2026 - FREE!! We are seeking volunteer 'Moto Riders' to help provide transportation of officials during this event. This is an Official Fundraising Event for Black Dog Ride: IRONMAN has made a generous donation on your behalf to help in Black Dog Ride's mission to raise awareness of depression and suicide prevention. This is a great day out, doing something different while raising much needed funds for Black Dog Ride. Please note Motorcycles must be fitted with a backrest or top box to ensure the safety of the pillion officials.
