You’re warmly invited to join us for a nourishing Guided Meditation and Sound Bath, a space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. This session begins with a gentle guided meditation to help calm the mind and settle the nervous system, followed by an immersive sound bath. You’ll be bathed in the soothing vibrations of crystal sound bowls along with a variety of other therapeutic instruments, creating a rich, layered sound experience that supports deep rest and inner balance.

A guided session to reconnect with yourself, build self-trust, and deepen self-love through breathwork and awareness. This session is a space to come back to yourself. So often we move through life disconnected, stuck in our minds, pushing through, or reacting to everything around us. This work is about slowing down and learning how to reconnect with who you are underneath it all. Through guided breathwork, cacao or tea ceremony, meditation and journaling as well as simple self-awareness practices, you’ll begin to build a deeper relationship with yourself. You’ll learn how to feel what’s actually going on inside your body, understand your emotional patterns, and respond from a more grounded, steady place.
