Set against the sound of the ocean and fresh morning air, we’ll move through intentional breathing patterns to build capacity, release tension, and create clarity. Expect a blend of regulation and activation — leaving you feeling calm but energised, centred but ready. No experience needed. Just come as you are.
You’re warmly invited to join us for a nourishing Guided Meditation and Sound Bath, a space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.
