Ever struggled with your mental health? Want to support young people in our community? Join us for a night of networking, healing and celebration. Battling my own mental health demons in my teens and early twenties, I found it hard to see the support around me. Thankfully, it was always there. I've found hope and healing on my own recovery journey, in large part, thanks to the support and care of a community who stepped in to listen, lead and love me when I needed it most. In my experience, stories, wisdom and encouragement are essential in stoking the inner fire that lights our way out of darkness. Let's join forces, share resources and shine our light for young people in our community and beyond. The more connected we are, the stronger the net of support others can fall into.
