RETURN TO RHYTHM - FROM OVERWHELM TO BALANCE. This 90min group sound session uses carefully applied tones, and frequencies to support the body and nervous system to settle, organise, and return to a more balanced state. No experience is needed. Simply lie down, listen, and allow your body to return to its natural rhythm.

This workshop will expand your creative boundaries through experiential printmaking. Simple mark making, the use of found natural objects such as seed pods are impressed into a simple printing plate. The embossed plate is coloured via paints and the colour transferred/printed onto small postcards. We experiment with colours and layers, drawing and mark making. Participants will take home approx 6-8 finished postcards plus experiential imprints.
