After taking time away to heal and re-build following domestic abuse, I'm so proud to say that my Zumba class is returning. This re-launch is about more than fitness. It's about strength, survival, and re-claiming joy. I'm coming back not just for myself, but to stand alongside other women and show that it is possible to survive, to rise, and to create a new chapter - on your own terms. To celebrate, I'm offering a free Zumba class as a gesture of gratitude, support, and solidarity. This class is open to anyone who wants to move, connect, and show love - for themselves. Come as you are. Dance if you want. Sweat if you want. Or simply be in the room and feel the power of women supporting women.
