Each session offers a complete and immersive experience, allowing you to attend one, two or all four gatherings - depending on what feels right for you. While each week stands beautifully on its own, attending the full series allows for a deeper unfolding… a layered and supported journey of release and reconnection ✨ In the busyness of life, it’s easy to carry more than we realise - thoughts, tension, emotions, and experiences that the body hasn’t yet had space to process. These sessions offer that space, while still being intimate with only 10 spaces. Through a blend of ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, sound, and aromatherapy, you’ll be supported to soften, unwind, and return to a more natural state of flow 🍵 As we begin to release what we’ve been holding… something shifts. There can be a sense of lightness, clarity, and deeper connection — not because anything is forced, but because space has been created ✨ Come to one… or allow yourself the gift of all four.
