Join us for a 6-week outdoor fitness program designed to build strength, boost energy, and support overall wellbeing in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Created specifically to encourage those to exercise after hours in a safe, supportive, and controlled environment. This program aims to foster confidence, connection, and comfort while staying active outdoors. The program offers flexible 45-minute to 1-hour sessions and will be delivered entirely outdoors. Exercise type and surface will vary, making the most of our outdoor spaces while keeping sessions engaging and accessible for all fitness levels.
