Join us in a FREE 7-week Circle of Security Parenting program supports you in responding to your child's emotional needs. Facilitated by Lutheran Care. Do you struggle with understanding your child’s needs? Join us in the Circle of Security Parenting program to support you in responding to your child’s emotional needs. This seven week course can help you: Understand your child’s emotional world by learning to read emotional needs Support your child’s ability to successfully manage emotions Enhance the development of your child’s esteem Honour the innate wisdom and desire for your child to become secure.

Supporting parents/carers in their parenting journey by building an understanding of children’s development and exploring the little moments in everyday parenting to build and maintain positive connections. Recommended for parents/caregivers of children aged 2-12 years. Topics covered include: Brain and child development, Understanding behaviours, Parenting styles, Positive approaches to guiding children’s behaviour. Bookings are recommended. Unfortunately no creche available. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the workshop commencing. This is a partnership between Families Growing Together and the Mount Barker Community Centre.
