This fun and practical cooking workshop is designed especially for teens who want to feel more confident in the kitchen. Participants will learn skills such as: basic knife and food preparation skills, safe and confident use of kitchen equipment, simple meal planning ideas, and how to store leftovers safely for lunches the next day. The workshop is relaxed, supportive and beginner-friendly – no prior cooking experience needed. It’s a great way for young people to build independence, learn practical life skills and enjoy making (and eating!) food together. The workshop will be presented by one of our young and friendly volunteers. Recipes will include: Mac N Cheese with lots of veg and Vegan Chilli Con Carne served with Corn Chips.

Stardew Valley Foods Cooking Workshop - three delicious recipes inspired directly by the game. Meet other local players. Whether you’re a long-time farmer or a newer player, this workshop is a great way to enjoy good food, make connections, and celebrate the game together in a welcoming, low-pressure setting. This workshop will be presented by one of our young and friendly volunteers.
Join us for a hands on Weber Q BBQ class. Learn how to set up and clean your BBQ and cook a range of delicious dishes! Bring your appetite. Hosted by the one and only 'Brisket Man' and store owner Steve.
Everyday Cooking for Adults - 5 Week Program. In this 5 week course you will build practical cooking skills and learn recipes from a variety of cuisines. Meet others while having fun in the kitchen. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to learn new skills. This course will build your confidence and inspire you in the kitchen. Mondays 1pm – 3.30pm. Starts Monday 4th May for 5 weeks. Dates are: 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th May and 1st June. This workshop will include preparing meals to take home and reheat.
