This Systemic Constellations Workshop will be facilitated by Dr Matthew Ritson. Despite our best efforts and intentions, we may find ourselves in conflict with others, with strained or broken relationships. We may be disconnected from family, from our community, and from parts of ourselves. The origins of these, and other difficulties, often lie beyond the obvious events in the here-and-now. Unknowingly, we may carry hidden emotional burdens that relate to collective and family trauma – the hidden legacy of war, famine, colonisation and other traumatic events. In this interactive Systemic Constellations Workshop, participants will have the opportunity, in a collaborative group setting, to find new understandings of these how these distant traumas affect our lives today. Systemic Constellations can help us to restore damaged relationships, and to find balance and belonging in our lives.
