Join us for a creative immersion at GLÓR Space, where young artists explore lyrics, rhythm, voice, and melody in an open, playful way. During the workshop, participants move between sound-making, writing, voice work, and songcraft, letting ideas unfold naturally, whether working solo or alongside others. Guided with care, they follow sparks of inspiration and discover new ways to express themselves through sound and language. The workshop is a relaxed retreat: a space to explore, make, imagine, and let things take shape. Wednesday 15 April: 9:30 am- 1:30 pm Options for busy parents to add an 8:30 am start to the booking. GLÓR Project Space is an independent artist-run music studio in the Old Ambulance Station building in Nambour. Access to the studio will be emailed upon booking. Patricia McInerney will lead this workshop. Patricia is a multidisciplinary creative and experienced educator who brings music, storytelling, and playful imagination into every workshop she leads. A trained musician, actor and vocal coach, she creates fun, confidence-building spaces where young people can explore their creativity and find their voice. Patricia has delivered countless arts and education programs across schools, community spaces, festivals, and regional initiatives. As a producer of music and arts events, she’s known for turning big ideas into engaging experiences that inspire and connect people. Her workshops focus on creativity, collaboration, and empowering young people to create with curiosity and joy.

A Saturday night plan that doesn’t involve just drinking & partying! No regular crew? No problem. Play & Mingle is designed for exactly that! We have a curated mix of easy-to-learn, actually fun games that get everyone thinking and connecting. Low-pressure, solo-friendly, and just enough friendly chaos to break the ice. You don’t need to be “good at games,” or even know how to play them! We can teach you! You just need to be open to a fun, wholesome Saturday night that feels social without being overwhelming. It’s structured enough that you won’t feel awkward… Relaxed enough that it never feels forced. Bring your drink of choice, or we can make you a hot drink, settle in, and let the mingling happen naturally!
Craft Circle is your dedicated monthly 2-hour window to sit & work on a project! Bring along your own project; knitting, crochet, scrapbooking, drawing, embroidery, journalling, beading, hand sewing… whatever you’re currently loving, and settle into our colourful creative space surrounded by other makers doing the same. Just good company, productive vibes and no home distractions! Your ticket includes: ✿ 2 hours in our bright, inspiring studio ✿ A complimentary barista coffee, tea or soft drink ✿ A relaxed, welcoming, creative community Snacks will be available to purchase, or bring some nibbles along (because crafting is better with treats).
